  • Technique analysis, addressing weak areas and muscle imbalances.
  • Nutrition counseling, macro nutrient plan, best food choices for you and simple cooking methods.
  • 24h response time on your questions. Responses are going to be in video directly from me.
  • Planing of multiple meso cycles for optimal strength development. Yearly strategy + competitions.
