- Once per week you write or film a report + filled out excel spreadsheet.
- Technique analysis, addressing weak areas and muscle imbalances.
- Nutrition counseling, macro nutrient plan, best food choices for you and simple cooking methods.
- 24h response time on your questions. Responses are going to be in video directly from me.
- Planing of multiple meso cycles for optimal strength development. Yearly strategy + competitions.
