I will personal workout plan for what you wish to achieve












About:

I will create a tailored 30 day workout plan for you that suits whatever needs you might have. 
the plan will be created depending on what you wish to achieve, whether it be from hypothrophy (growth of muscle size), to gaining a higher VO2MAX (aerobic performance) or just wanting to be able to bench 200 kg, do a 100 push ups or running a marathon. 
the plan will also be tailored around the amount of time that is available to you, your personal experience with working out and whether you have the possibility(and wish) of using wheights, or just body weight. 

I have previously trained people, i have experience from the military as a instructor and fitness trainer, as well as having studied biology (anatomy) so i know how to maximise what you gain as well as limiting your chances of injuries. I am also on my way to becoming a physical educations teacher, so i have an extensive knowledge of the human body, its functions and limits. 

in this plan i will also describe the exercises, how to do them and what they do to you,  so you also know why you are doing it.
