With this gig you will receive an 8 week workout plan tailored to your fitness goals, your body type and your fitness experience.In the basic package: You receive your 8 week workout plan with exercise descriptions so you know how to do all of the exercises. 1 revision is included in this package.
In the standard package: You receive your 8 week workout plan with exercise descriptions so you know how to do all of the exercises and 4 bi-weekly (once ever 2 weeks) check-ins with me to help you track your progress. 4 revisions are included in this package 1 initial revision and 3 others every second week on our check in days if you wish to change your workout at all.
In the premium package: You receive your 8 week workout plan with exercise descriptions so you know how to do all of the exercises and 8 weekly check-ins with me to help you track your progress. 8 revisions are included in this package 1 initial revision and 7 others every week on our check in days if you wish to change your workout at all. You will also receive premium nutrition coaching in this package complete with your daily macro-nutrient calculations & weekly check-ins/revisions if needed.
