I will give you a short sequence to balance all your seven chakras.

Do you love Yoga but you cannot join in your city club? Don't worry, as all people say: Yoga is for everyone. It means, that there is no reason to not practice it. So that, I propose you an adapted routine.
In this sequences, we focus on chakras. Chakra mens wheel. This wheel is providing your body with the energy needed to do basic functions like breath, think or move.

The structure of the routine is:
  • Asanas to warm up (~ 5 asana).
  • Asanas for the chakras. The number of asanas depends on the package you choose.*
  • Asanas to relax and finish the session (~5 asana).

*One chakra package: 3 asana.
 Four chakras package: 14 asana.
 All chakras package: 20-25 asana.
