- I will provide fat loss or muscle gain coaching plans that will help you transform your physique.
- I will do this based on the exact principles me and my own coach use before we step on stage or prepare for a photoshoot.
- The plans will contain information about every single step of your journey. I will also include the science behind it and explain why I split your diet in the way I will do.
- Throughout my coaching experience I have learned that what's simple we tend to follow and what's complicated we tend to screw up. Therefore I will make your plans as simple as possible, give you a pre-made diet plan with rich and tasty foods that I'm sure you'll enjoy.
- I recommend getting my private mobile app with the plans especially if you're a beginner. In the app you will have your own calendar in which I'll schedule all your workouts, cardio and measurements days. I will add your nutrition plan and you can also send me a direct message. All workouts have short explanatory videos with how to correctly perform the exercise
