I will be your coach and guide for your fitness journey












About:

My coaching program includes movement assessment, form assessment, email support, and training programming. I am equally comfortable working with someone who is pursuing strength increases, fat loss, or someone who wants to become more athletic.

Movement assessment – basic assessment to highlight any major issues/restrictions/epic fails

Form assessment – done as often as necessary until we are both happy

Email support – For questions requiring more analysis, thought, or process development, you can send once per week emails loaded with as many questions as you like.

  • Each question should be bullet pointed.
  • Each question should be expressed with no more than three sentences.

Training Programming – individual sessions, microcycles, mesocycles, and macrocycles; I plan for the long haul, for ultimate goals, and for longevity in the sport of your choosing. If other programs (like 5/3/1) are chosen, I am happy to work that into the overall plan. Individual sessions and microcycles are tools to ensure the purpose of a meso and macrocycle are accomplished. It’s my job to make sure it all fits together.
