There are two options for this gig:
Option one: I will create a specific (one week) workout plan designed to fit your goals and lifestyle.

Option two: I will create a 1 minute video of me modeling a specific workout of your choice.

I only do revisions on the gigs that I make mistakes on (because I am human and I do make mistakes). 

 

I'm sorry if this is a bit too harsh but I have had incidences in the past where I have gone above and beyond to satisfy my customers and they had unrealistic expectations, which ended up hurting me.
