Package No. 1

I will write you out a Functional Personal Training Plan for 6 months. This will be created using the equipment you have or have access to. If you have access to equipment then Body Weight exercises will be included.

Package No. 2

I will write you out a Functional Personal Training Plan for 6 months. This will be created using the equipment you have or have access to. If you have access to equipment then Body Weight exercises will be included. In addition, I will record Instructional Videos to guide you through the use of equipment / how to perform the exercises.

Package No. 3

I will write you out a Functional Personal Training Plan for 6 months. This will be created using the equipment you have or have access to. If you have access to equipment then Body Weight exercises will be included. I will record Instructional Videos to guide you through the use of equipment / how to perform the exercises. In addition, I will skype call you 6 times during the course of the 6 months to discuss the training planner, run through new exercises and assess the way they are being performed.
