We all want to be healthier, have a nice body, and 6-pack abs. Unfortunately, there are a lot of myths, mystery, and nonsense surrounding fitness and healthy dieting.
If you're reading this, you probably do too.
Thats why I want to share with you a lifestyle that makes me feel great, and keeps me looking fit and lean.

I want to introduce you to the Flexitarian diet. Also known as the semi vegetarian diet, Flexitarian is less a diet, and more a lifestyle.
- As a former Collegiate Wrestler, I learned (the hard way) how to get into shape, fast.
- As a former Head Coach, I learned how to teach others.
- And as a Calisthenics Enthusiast, I learned how to have fun with it.
Because of my pain, trial, error, and research, you can live a little (lot) less stressed!
