Every individual is unique and I believe that generalized meal plans will never be fully suited to your goals nor do they cater to your needs. I am able to to create a fully personalized meal plan that takes into account allergens, your current basal metabolic rate and your long term goals.

The basic 14 day plan will be a plan to get you kick started on your journey to wherever you would like to be and, again, would be fully catered to YOU.

The 28 day plan would be to secure a habit and help to create a lifestyle.

the 6 week plan, not only kick starts your new lifestyle but ensure that your taste buds have re-aligned to healthy eating and you will no longer be forcing yourself to eat well but enjoying it too!
