This is a 4 week comprehensive eating plan based on your dietary preferences: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian (eats fish and eggs), or regular options available. Each day will have 3 full sized meals and 2 snacks that are aimed to fit into a busy schedule.I know that 4 weeks may not be enough time to achieve you're weight loss/gain goals, so we can discuss other options for meal suggestions and plans after this month if you are satisfied with the plan I have created for you.
28 days is the perfect amount of time to make and stick to a habit. These meals are simple and quick, and most can be made in larger batches at the beginning of the week. I hope we can work together to make these 28 days the most important days in the journey to a healthier, happier you!
