When it comes to groceries, you should buy next:
Fruits: raw, fresh
Vegetables: raw, fresh
Meat: choose herbivors meat
Cereals (occasionally): quinoa, buckweat, oat - not in a box; only cereals, without any added sugars or anything else
Nuts and seeds: walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds
*try to buy evrything at farmers market so you can avoid all the bad food in grocery stores
