You will receive an instructional video talking you through a custom yoga practice. 

The video will be a general full body practice with a basic relaxation at the end unless otherwise indicated in the requirements section. 

In the requirements section you can specify:
Specific body areas you would like the class to focus on
Whether you would like the video to include a breathing technique at the end
Whether you would like the video to include a relaxation/meditation technique at the end
