In addition I will send you a pack which tells your exactly how to lose weight (if this is your main goal).The Premium package give you the opportunity to contact me directly with any questions. It also allows weekly revisions where I look at your intake, expenditure, and results, and change your plans for maximum results.
Please note the nutrition plan is NOT a meal plan. I do not prescribe daily meals, but do advise on how much of what you should eat with suggestions of each macronutritent so you can decide what you do/don't want to eat.
I am not a miracle worker, you need to commit yourself to the programme(s) in order to get results. I have very few spaces available every few weeks so please no time wasters.
