About:

I am currently a Personal Trainer and sales representative at a gym supplement store. I cater to many different goals such as:
- Weight Loss
- Fat Loss
- Strength
- Bulking
- Hypertrophy

I will create a workout gym regime suited each week depending on your body goals. Each workout will be different to the one before, and will be suited to your ideal body type!
I will ensure that each workout will last a suitable amount of time, have appropriate diverse exercises and will not be boring!
As an extra bonus, for a limited time only, I will be in close contact with all clients via email for 1 month for free!

If you're interested in my other services, I also provide workouts for those who have access to a gym. I also provide meal planning advice to those who wish to advance to a much healthier lifestyle, this includes what supplements to take, what you should and shouldn't be eating and a meal plan for 1 week.
