marvinpowell:Diet plan seemed thorough and well researched, but it is also WAY too advanced and required way too much cooking skill and nutritional expertise to use, despite me insisting I needed an easy-to-follow plan that didn't require experienced cooking knowledge. So the plan is ultimately completely useless for me. Good research, though.
