I will build a diet menu depending on your choice-- *Note that you do not have to give me ALL of the information but the more you give me the better the menu will be.
- Number of meals a day: (I suggest 4 meals a day, 1-9 meals a day)
- Kind of diet: (Anything, Paleo, Vegeterian, Vegan, Atkins/Ketogenic,Meditirranean)
- Number of calories each day: If you know how many colories you want, then it will be easier.
*If you do not know how many calories you wish to consume each day then you will need to give me these details:

- How physicaly active you are: (Rate it from 1-5, 1 is not active and 5 is extremely active)
