This is focused on mindful eating and lifestyle changes, not dieting.  It will focus on health enhancement, not weight loss, and rather than being restrictive and depriving ourselves, we will create health habits that will create long-term effects.  I will provide anyone with a dietary and/or fitness regime that will assist in whatever lifestyle changes you have planned for yourself (weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, better overall health, etc.).  Just let me know what your goals are, and I can give you a dietary plan that will best aid in your goals, as well as a fitness regime that will help you life your best life.  The basic package will be a general, non-personal package that is good for achieving a healthier lifestyle overall.  The other two will be personalized for any specific goals you have in mind for yourself.
