Suggest Alternatives To Make Your Meal Or Snack Healthier

Do you want or need to eat healthier but don't know where to start? Eating healthy does not have to be hard or complicated and you do not need to count macros etc. I can help you so that you can continue to eat what you are used to eating but offer healthy alternatives for some of the unhealthy foods in your meal or snack. That way you are eating healthier and still eating what you want without completely changing your meal preferences. 



I will give as many options as I can think of to offer you a variety. Ultimately you are in charge of what to decide to use. Be aware if you have food sensitivities or allergies as I am not responsible if you eat something you should not have.
