Swimming is all about the workout to create an effective workout for either yourself or your team.  We aim to provide valuable insight into coaching principles and program administration, conducting effective practice sessions, teaching techniques for every stroke stroke, and training programs for every event. 



We use the most innovative techniques available to create tailored programs.  Whether you are the coach of a competitive HS swim program or an individual wanting to lose weight, we can help you out with that.  Our programs are:

A big part of our team philosophy is that character development is just as important as physical development.  The premium plan also includes a weekly character development program.  There are 14 lessons (1 per week) that focus on a character word (sportsmanship, goals, etc.) to help your athletes focus on personal and team growth.  Each character lesson contains research, a lesson plan, and an activity for the week.
