Choose from a post baby diet plan, exercise plan or both when you select the advanced package. After having a baby your body needs TLC, good nutrition and careful and selective exercise to get your body and mind feeling back to yourself again, or even better than you felt before you gave birth.  

As a mummy you deserve to feel good, re gain your body and confidence, and a happy mummy makes for a happy baby! I will provide you with tailored nutrition and or exercises, specific for women post labour and beyond, ensuring your plan takes in to account any dietary requirements, health conditions, how many weeks postpartum you are, and the birth experience you had. I will use this information to individualise a plan for you to give you the best chance of success, get your body back to how you would like it, as well as help with recovering and repairing your abdominal muscles following labour. 



This plan is for any women who has given birth, not matter how long ago, I can help if you let me join you on your journey to health.
