I work via email, text, and video conference. After our initial consultation I will then take your feedback and give you a diet plan that suits your food preferences, and lifestyle. After each week I will want to schedule a check-in to ask you some follow-up questions to make sure you're setup for success, and make adjustments to your plan with your feedback in mind. My job as your nutritionist is to give you the tools necessary to reach your fitness goals while being able to maintain a balanced lifestyle. I'm very open to questions, in fact I promote clients to ask questions.All I ask of clients is that you're ready and willing to start working towards your goals. I want each and every one of my clients to succeed, and having me as your coach works better as a partnership. Everyone can reach their goals eating chicken and rice six times a day, but that's not what I provide (unless that's what request). I provide clients with balanced plans that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and goals in mind.
