I'll create a 12-week training program for you based on your current fitness/experience level. I can customize the program to focus on any future goal races where you are aiming for a time, or just to finish the distance. It is completely up to you.I have over experience coaching high school, collegiate and international athletes from beginners to professional. I have also lived the professional runners life and know what it is like to want to run faster than ever before.
