What is this guide? It contains a training and dietary plan based on FBW training and IF diet but modified by me on the basis of my own feelings and experience gained over many years of training and diet. It is also a set of nutrition and training rules that will help you to achieve best shape ever! In addition, it contains two methods that will accelerate your progress and regeneration and well-being every day, I will not spoil them for you yet, you will learn in due course :) As I do not know your level of advancement and experience in sports, the weekly training and dietary plan is divided into several levels of difficulty, you will also be able to choose the one that suits you. Just remember that when choosing a plan, you can do better than you think :)

The whole guide is about 16 pages in pdf format, which is the size of a mini e-book!
