I have put together some effective training guides based on science and past athletic/body building experience. These guides lay out a week's training split; detailed with each days' workout, sets, and repetitions.
The Beginners Guide offers a body weight focused introduction to fitness. This is an important first step in order to build a base as well as correct form. It also allows room for improvement, containing advanced body weight movements that challenge even the best calisthenic athletes.
The Intermediate Gym Guide offers a stable program to follow for those looking to optimize their gym experience. A lot of people go to the gym, but many aren't quite sure what they should be doing. This is the guide for you! (Available in a male version as well as a female focused version.)
If you are looking for a more hands on option, I also offer a customized training option. For this, I will discuss with you what your goals are and then create a training program tailored specifically to helping you achieve them. Due to the customization of this option, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. I have found that my clients receive the best results from this option.
