you can loss weight without strict dieting or you can eat your favorite food so the time to cang your lifestyle this is specially for woman and the should be vegetarian i want to proof that vegetarian people also can be very fit and strong.so stop to do bunch of cardio and many type of exercise you cal loss weight without it i know exercise is very impotent but if you dont have time to do it or you are not getting result with exercise then its time to do the right things..so join me if you want to chang your life.
