Im offering individual training and nutrition plans for beginners to intermediate (0 - 3 year training experience). Depending on your goal, effort you want to put in, budget and time you can spend on eating/training, i will tailor you your perfect plan to get you to your dreambody.
My workout plans usually last for 6 to 8 weeks max before they need to be changed up so your body doesnt get used to the same exercises and reps. You constantly have to challenge your body with something new so he has to keep adapting to the level of stress you give him during your workout sessions.
I am also offering a detailed Calorie Chart which is broken down into calories/macros per 100g of x food.
Furthermore i am sharing the supplements that have worked out the best for me over the years.
