You do not have to spend hours in a gym or on a treadmill to be fit and healthy.

My HIIT body weight trainers help improve your fitness in just 24 minutes from 2 to 3  times a week.

Without hardware, they are made anywhere and designed to fit your busy schedule.

The program I created consists of 100 workouts, 40 hours of HIIT. It lasts 52 weeks or 34 depending on your training pace (2 or 3 sessions per week).

Each workout session combines cardio, muscle building and abdominal workouts and solicits large muscle groups for a complete and optimal work of the body (all body parts are targeted) .
