Everyone has a specific body type and in order to see changes you must follow a specific workout tailored to your body type. Whether you want to lose/gain weight, gain muscle, become stronger, get toned or simply just have a beach body I will make sure you reach your goal.For only $15 I will do the following
-Provide meal plans for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (including pre and post workout)
-Provide supplementation advice
-Provide a heavily detailed workout plan
The meal plan will take into consideration any dietary requirements e.g. Vegan/vegetarian, Halal , Allergies etc.
The workout plan will revolve around your lifestyle and will range from 3-5 workouts per week and whether or not you have access to a gym or working out at home. I will also take into consideration any disabilities that you may have. Each workout can range anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
