Meal Plan On A Budget

Take the stress out of dinner time!



I am offering a plan that will organise what you're having, when you're having it, how to do it, and what you'll need.



The meal plans include a time-tabled plan for dinner Monday through to Sunday, a shopping list, and recipes/guides for cooking.

They're simple yet balanced meals that will feed approximately 3-4 people, or 2 people with enough for lunch the next day. The meals are versatile enough so that you can easily make your own adjustments to suit your own preference. They have been made with low-cost ingredients in mind, and an aim to save on both time and money without sacrificing nutrition.



I follow these plans myself and I would never go back to dinner time without a plan!



Note: Meal plans are not suitable for dairy free, gluten free or vegetarian however I would be happy to look into a vegetarian option.
