There isn't any cookie cutter weight loss plans that work perfectly for everybody.  We all have different abilities, equipment, time constraints and food preferences.  For that reason I spend a great amount of time custom designing every program that I produce for a client, ensuring that they receive the best possible program for their needs and abilities.

All of my programs are based on scientifically proven methods to ensure maximum results for the time and effort that they put in.  You will have a huge input into it's design to make sure that it is enjoyable, suits your needs and is actually something that you will want to do.



Online coaching with Brian includes:

- Personalised programs designed just for you and based on scientific methods

- Unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy

- Daily communication with Brian to keep you on track and accountable (Monday to Friday)

- Nutrition advice to keep your lifestyle and training synchronised (you provide me with your current diet and I suggest the changes to be made)

- Professional advice and support whenever you need it
