Create A Meal Prep Regime For One Week











About:

I am currently a Personal Trainer and sales representative at a gym supplement store. I cater to many different goals such as:

- Weight Loss

- Fat Loss

- Strength

- Bulking

- Hypertrophy



I will create a meal prep regime for one week. The regime will include breakfast, lunch and dinner and will cater to your needs such as age, weight, body type, health issues and body goals. This will also include recipes for the meals and proportion sizes.

As an extra bonus, for a limited time only, I will be in close contact with all clients via email for 1 month for free!



If you're interested in my other services, I also provide workouts for those who have access to a gym. I also provide meal planning advice to those who wish to advance to a much healthier lifestyle, this includes what supplements to take, what you should and shouldn't be eating and a meal plan for 1 week.
