Plan Your Workouts And Your Meal Plans

I have been a weightlifter for the past 3 years, exercising almost every day. Over the years I have accumulated a lot of information on building muscle, everything from diet, the type of exercises, and workout splits. When I first started going to the gym I was anxious and unsure of what to do, now that I have spent years researching and am confident in my workout program I would love to help out anyone who is having the same struggle or is finding it difficult to see results.
