Whether your preferred workout method is cardio, weights, home workouts, or a combination of them all, I will talk to you about your goals and prepare a custom 5 day workout plan! Then I will film examples of myself doing each exercise, listing details and tips as I go, then compile them into a YouTube link just for you!
