I am a dietitian (not a nutritionist)  with over 5 years of experience as well as an experience body builder (8 years of experience) who has coached several dozen clients over the past 3 years. From dietary school to gym enthusiast, I have encountered countless numbers of  half-hearted, uninformed, and obsolete information being passed around for years on the quickest ways to lose weight or the quickest way to build muscle. It seems that any method, regardless how desperate the solution may be, people wish to expedite the process in hopes of achieving their goals but that ceases to be the case.


As a professional, I am here to tell you everyone is different and the internet is not always right. From body composition, genetic makeup, medical history, daily obligations, and so on, I can customize a diet plan and/or a workout plan that can cater to all of the attributes listed and more.



I will not tell you to buy supplements. I will not tell you to workout for 2+ hours in the gym. I will not sell you bs. I am telling you that with informed decisions, you can not only achieve your goals but exceed your expectations too.
