This gig offers 1-hour of health coaching. This is done via phone communication. During this time we discuss the 1 health issue that is selected by the buyer. I will discuss interventions that are practical to do and provide information that I feel is helpful to include. We can discuss barriers and figure out ways to overcome them. It is helpful if the buyer communicates the topic they wish to discuss in the gig requirements.
