Tailor You 14 Week Personal Fitness Plan

My gig is based on my professional training with ISSA, and my past experience of weight training, interval training, cross fit and MMA. Over the past 08 years, I have maintained my passion fir fitness with a 12 hour daily office & field job with a family to support. During this tenure I have developed for myself, clients and acquaintances plans which dissolve into their ongoing lifestyles and budgets. These plans are indifferent to having access to fitness facilities, partners, etc. I have successfully designed training plans which people have practiced within their offices/cubicles lunch breaks, etc.
