Customized Fitness And Meal Plans

I will have a survey sent to you for you to fill out to get a better understanding of your knowledge and background with lifting and cardio. The survey will also include an assessment of your eating habits. I will then take all the information you provided me and turn it into a month long fitness and meal plan for you to follow. The rest will then be up to you! I will check back in at the end of your month period to see how the plan went and if you would suggest any revisions.
