         The only way to staying younger is to keep on track with your fitness goals...       

Fitness is a life long journey...there are hills and valleys. Your body changes as you age so you must compensate for those changes. 


  • When I was in my 20's I could eat anything and not be concerned about weight issues 
  • When I was in my 30's I could manage the ups and downs with a few workouts
  • When I was in my 40's I had to manage by body with a consistent but flexible routine
  • Now I am in my 50's it has to be a very intense workout routine...
