The explanations of exercises can include exercise name, muscles worked, form/posture, timing, sets/reps, frequency, etc.

Video setting can be indoors or outdoors however indoors is recommended due to background noise.

I am a professional instructor and have a doctorate degree so I am knowledgeable on many aspects of fitness. I am happy to customize the video to your needs.

There are absolutely no free modifications or revisions provided. I value my time and a revision means doing hair, makeup, lighting, set-up, shooting, and editing again which takes 3+ hours of my time. If you do not agree with this, please do not book me.
