I will create a month of workouts based on your wants and needs












About:

js-gig-main-desc ">A one month plan that is tailored to your wants and needs (i.e. if you want stomach loss you'd be given core workouts / if you want muscle built on your arms you'd be given bicep, tricep, and forearm workouts).
A year plan will be incredibly specific, and you will get video tutorials for many different lifts and bodyweight exercises. 12 months of planned workouts, each month will be different, and you will be able to text me specifically for help on any workouts or info you need.
