As a nutritionist, I find that its easier to make healthy eating sustainable if clients are given freedom. Instead of giving you a meal plan with structured dates of when and what to eat, I am providing you a grocery list that is customized to your health. Based off your health goals, your eating habits, your current diet, and health conditions you may have, I create a one-time shopping list for you. This list may include foods that will benefit your health condition (and research to support that claim) or healthy foods that may be absent from your diet. If you'd like to receive additional help with some recipes to guide the shopping list, there can be additions to the package.Reviews
