My gig is to develop a workout program for the casual gym goer who needs structure and direction.

I have been lifting for 5 years and have tried almost every form of exercise (except olympic weightlifting) so I have well-rounded knowledge on getting fit in different ways.  I want to work with YOU to develop something that will not only get you great results but will be easy to stick to and maintainable.  Tell me about your lifestyle and we can develop something that works for your schedule and fitness level. I will provide 6 weeks of training that can be repeatable with increased weights.  The reason why the price is so low is that I have never done this for any money before, only for friends, so I'm trying to expand and you can reap the benefits at a small price :)
