This dumbbell only workout will allow you to lose weight and gain muscle simultaneously. You can do these workouts from home or at a gym. All you need is a few sets of dumbbell with different weights.Upper body exercises may require you to use lower weights (1-15 lb.), but during the lower body exercises you can go heavier.
The plan includes 4 different workouts which you will perform on separate days. Each workout is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in length depending on your physical fitness.
