I will also include tips to help curb soda cravings as well as other ideas and food swaps you can use to help you be the healthiest you possible.
1 week & 2 week plans - comes standard with no customizations
Monday through Friday plan with corresponding recipes, weekend suggestions + healthy tips, tricks & swaps
4 WEEK - you have the ability to customize by telling me particular recipes or foods you would like (via Pinterest boards, links, etc.)
