What does this guide offer you?- 8 WEEKS: There are 8 weeks of workouts included in this 63-page guide. Each strength training workout is designed to build muscle and burn fat. As a bonus, I've included an optional cardio session for each week. You can choose whether to complete it or not, depending on your goals.
