Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. 



A group circuit training plan will be provided and is designed for fitness instructors who need to incorporate ideas into their training programmes for their clients.  



The circuit is designed to be fun, but challenging, and will work clients hard!
