:Tanya did a great job. Plan is clear and gives You all You need to implement it. Only thing which didn't work for me (it's not Tanya's responsibility) was that a couple of ingredients are not easily (or at all) available in my country so I can't use the plan and recipes for my business (I bought the package for business purposes).
