I will design a Bullet Journal-inspired weekly or monthly health & lifestyle planner for you with up to 6 categories of your choice. These can be fit onto one A4 page that can be stuck to the fridge or pinned in the office for maximum organisational advantage! This page can be used as either a planner (plan in advance) or a tracker (record your weekly/monthly results).Some of the categories you could include on your tracker/planner:
- Goals
- Weight loss tracker/chart
- Meal plan
- Water intake
- Exercise
- Meditation
- Sleep
- Mood
- Pain Symptoms
- To do List
- Shopping List
- anything else!
I am happy to include 2-3 revisions to make sure you're happy with the design, and I am happy to include a single background colour in order to ensure you stay motivated with your goals!
