In this gig you will find everything you need to gain muscle mass.The design is very good and user friendly.
Very simple end effective to use.
1. Diet plan including:
- meals distributed by hours
- foods separated by grams
- supplements distributed by hours(they are optional for usage)
- list with the foods you can substitute
- tips
2. Workout plan is simple and very effective:
- 4 Workout days
- 1 Rest day
- Top exercises for each muscle group
The workouts are planned to be around 6 PM, because that is the time most people finish work,
but if you want to workout in the morning, just demand extra revision and I will take care.
